Instructions
- Start by preparing your rice according to the package instructions.
- Layer the cooked rice as your base in a bowl.
- Add the sliced grilled pork or tofu on top of the rice.
- Pile on the pickled carrots, sliced cucumbers, fresh cilantro, and jalapeรฑos.
- Drizzle with mayonnaise and soy sauce; if desired, add sriracha to taste.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side and squeeze fresh lime juice over the bowl before eating.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, stick with tofu and increase the fresh veggie portions for more crunch. Store leftovers separately to maintain freshness.
