Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeรฑos
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing your rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Layer the cooked rice as your base in a bowl.
  3. Add the sliced grilled pork or tofu on top of the rice.
  4. Pile on the pickled carrots, sliced cucumbers, fresh cilantro, and jalapeรฑos.
  5. Drizzle with mayonnaise and soy sauce; if desired, add sriracha to taste.
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side and squeeze fresh lime juice over the bowl before eating.
