Description

A delightful Bang Bang Shrimp Salad that combines zesty flavors with fresh ingredients for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Coat the shrimp in cornstarch, ensuring they are evenly covered.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp until they turn golden and are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
  4. In a large salad bowl, mix together the mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and green onions.
  5. Top your salad with the freshly cooked shrimp and generously drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately to enjoy the crunch and flavor.

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
