  • 4 cups of bread, cubed
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of rum
  • 1/4 cup of butter

  8. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
