Instructions

  2. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, fully incorporating each before the next. Mix in the mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
