Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchini (sliced into rounds about 4–5 mm thick)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare your baking sheet by spraying it with olive oil cooking spray.
- Combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add the sliced zucchini to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Lay the zucchini slices out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese generously over the zucchini.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Notes
Store cooled chips in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. For leftovers, reheat in a toaster oven for best texture.
