Description

Crispy and satisfying Baked Zucchini Chips, perfect for a healthy snack or party appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchini (sliced into rounds about 45 mm thick)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your baking sheet by spraying it with olive oil cooking spray.
  3. Combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the sliced zucchini to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Lay the zucchini slices out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese generously over the zucchini.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

Notes

Store cooled chips in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. For leftovers, reheat in a toaster oven for best texture.
