Description

A comforting casserole featuring succulent shrimp, creamy sauce, and a crunchy topping, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Mix the melted butter, green onions, bell pepper, and shrimp in a separate bowl until well-coated.
  4. Fold the bread crumb mixture into the shrimp mixture until evenly combined.
  5. Grease a baking dish, then pour the shrimp mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
  6. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with milk and pour this sauce generously over the shrimp mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Garnish with parsley or lemon. Pairs well with salad or garlic bread.
