- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix the melted butter, green onions, bell pepper, and shrimp in a separate bowl until well-coated.
- Fold the bread crumb mixture into the shrimp mixture until evenly combined.
- Grease a baking dish, then pour the shrimp mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup with milk and pour this sauce generously over the shrimp mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
