- 2 cups corn (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the corn, heavy cream, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Pour the creamy corn mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a separate bowl and mix it with the breadcrumbs and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the corn.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley just before serving.
