Description

A creamy and cheesy corn casserole featuring nutty Parmesan and crunchy breadcrumbs, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the corn, heavy cream, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  3. Pour the creamy corn mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
  4. Melt the butter in a separate bowl and mix it with the breadcrumbs and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the corn.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley just before serving.
