Ingredients

- 4 slices of your favorite sandwich bread
- 2 tablespoons Kerrygold butter
- A few slices of your favorite cheeses
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Take the unbuttered side of two slices and layer on your cheese, sliced avocado, and tomato.
- Sprinkle with a dash of cracked pepper and salt for flavor.
- Close the sandwich with the other slices of bread, butter side out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place your sandwich in the skillet, butter side down.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese starts melting.
- Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the second side is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
- Slice in half and enjoy your delicious creation!
