Description

A creamy cheesecake infused with cinnamon and apples, topped with a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup butter, cold

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create your crust.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, incorporating each well before the next. Pour this mixture over the prepared crust.
  4. Toss the peeled and sliced apples with cinnamon and layer them evenly atop the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, and cold butter in a bowl using your fingertips until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture generously over the apples.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes or until the center is set and bounces back when touched.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled, optionally topped with warm caramel sauce or whipped cream.
