- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a couple of apple slices at the wide end of each triangle.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the apples.
- Roll the dough around the apple slices tightly, enclosing them completely.
- Position the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle more cinnamon sugar, if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven.
