- 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Milk
- 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 cup Apple Butter
- 0.25 cup Brown Sugar
- 0.5 cup Flour
- 0.25 cup Cold Butter
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Combine the granulated sugar, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Mix the apple butter with the brown sugar and additional cinnamon in a separate bowl for the swirl.
- Fill each muffin cup two-thirds full with the batter, then add a spoonful of apple butter mixture on top and swirl it through.
- Mix together 0.5 cup flour, 0.25 cup brown sugar, cold butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly and sprinkle over the muffin batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container for up to four days or freeze for up to three months.
