- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, stirring in the diced onions and bell peppers until they’re tender.
- Drain any excess fat and add the diced potatoes, corn, and green beans. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix in the cream of mushroom soup until everything is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously on top.
- Bake it in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider sautéing some garlic before adding the meat. You can also customize vegetables and cheese types based on preference.
