Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1 cup green beans (fresh or canned)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, stirring in the diced onions and bell peppers until they’re tender.
  3. Drain any excess fat and add the diced potatoes, corn, and green beans. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup until everything is well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously on top.
  7. Bake it in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
