Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl, whisking until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
- Fold in the cherries and sliced almonds gently, ensuring theyโre evenly distributed.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
