Description

Deliciously fun bites combining the flavors of tacos in a crispy, cheesy shell, perfect for gatherings or quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Sour cream (for serving)
  • Salsa (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, draining any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning until well combined.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture into the center of each triangle and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  7. Arrange the filled dough in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with sour cream and salsa.

Notes

For best results, ensure the ground beef is well-drained to avoid soggy dough. Experiment with different types of cheese and additional ingredients for variations.
