Instructions
- Peel the carrots and slice them thinly into chips, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Toss the carrot slices with olive oil, brown sugar, salt, paprika, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the carrot chips in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer once crispy, and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
