Ingredients

  • Brown sugar
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Butter (or nut butter)
  • Sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling and chopping your apples into small pieces.
  2. Mix the chopped apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Warm your tortillas slightly so they become pliable.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the apple filling onto each tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Brush the taquitos with melted butter and sprinkle a little sugar for extra sweetness.
  7. Air fry at 375°F for about 7-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
