A vibrant and festive white chocolate fudge, perfect for 4th of July celebrations.
Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- Red food coloring
- Blue food coloring
- Sea salt (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into three bowls: leave one bowl plain, add red food coloring to the second, and blue to the third.
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Layer the fudge by spooning in the white fudge, followed by the red, and then the blue, gently swirling them together.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes, or until the fudge is firm.
- Remove from the fridge, cut into squares, and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
Notes
Add shredded coconut or crushed nuts as toppings for extra flavor and texture.
