Description

A vibrant and festive white chocolate fudge, perfect for 4th of July celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Red food coloring
  • Blue food coloring
  • Sea salt (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture into three bowls: leave one bowl plain, add red food coloring to the second, and blue to the third.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  4. Layer the fudge by spooning in the white fudge, followed by the red, and then the blue, gently swirling them together.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes, or until the fudge is firm.
  6. Remove from the fridge, cut into squares, and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

Notes

Add shredded coconut or crushed nuts as toppings for extra flavor and texture.
