Ingredients

- 1 head Cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Ginger, freshly grated
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Honey or sugar (or maple syrup for vegan)
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the chopped cabbage for 3 to 5 minutes until slightly wilted.
- Mix the ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic in a bowl.
- Combine the sauce with the cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Sweeten to taste with honey or sugar.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
