Description

A vibrant, refreshing salad featuring jicama, oranges, and grapefruit, perfect for warm days and light meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups jicama, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup oranges, segmented
  • 1 cup grapefruit, segmented
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
