Description

Deliciously airy and decadent muffins filled with juicy strawberries and creamy white chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 12 tbsp unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  3. Cream the room-temperature butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract, sour cream, and whole milk.
  6. Sift in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
  8. Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full using an ice cream scoop.
  9. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
