- 1 cup brown sugar

- 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl until evenly mixed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
- Fold in the Reese’s peanut butter chips and chopped Reese’s cups, ensuring an even distribution throughout the dough.
- Drop rounded scoops of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let them cool on the baking sheet. Consider using a cookie scoop for even shapes.
