Description

Deliciously rich cookies made with peanut butter and topped with Reese’s treats, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl until evenly mixed.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  5. Fold in the Reese’s peanut butter chips and chopped Reese’s cups, ensuring an even distribution throughout the dough.
  6. Drop rounded scoops of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let them cool on the baking sheet. Consider using a cookie scoop for even shapes.
