- Rice paper wrappers

Instructions
- Cook the beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add the flavor: Once the beef is nicely browned, add the minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
- Cool the mixture: Remove the skillet from the heat and let the beef mixture cool slightly while you prepare the rice paper.
- Soften the wrappers: Dip each rice paper wrapper in warm water for a few seconds until soft and pliable. Remove and place on a clean surface or plate.
- Roll it up: Place a small amount of the beef mixture and a few fresh basil leaves on each wrapper. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Serve: Plate your rolls with fresh vegetables on the side for a colorful and inviting presentation.
