- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 cup Crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 1 Red onion
- 1/4 cup Fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions
- Start by slicing the cucumbers and red onion thinly.
- In a medium bowl, gently combine the sliced cucumbers, crab meat, and red onion.
- Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until it’s well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and mix gently to combine.
- Finally, sprinkle the chopped dill on top and serve it chilled.
Notes
Best served chilled and can be garnished with a sprig of dill. It pairs well with grilled seafood or chicken.
