Description

A refreshing cucumber salad paired with delicate crab meat, perfect for warm weather gatherings and picnics.


Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the cucumbers and red onion thinly.
  2. In a medium bowl, gently combine the sliced cucumbers, crab meat, and red onion.
  3. Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until it’s well blended.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and mix gently to combine.

Notes
