Start your morning with creamy and indulgent Coconut Cream Oats, blending rolled oats with coconut milk and maple syrup for a deliciously tropical experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Shredded coconut (for topping)
  • Fresh fruit (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or a jar, mix 1 cup of rolled oats with 1 cup of coconut milk.
  2. Add in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. The next morning, take it out and give it a good stir. If it’s too thick for your liking, add a splash of coconut milk.
  5. Top with shredded coconut and any fresh fruit of your choice. Enjoy your delicious, no-bake coconut cream oats!
