Description

A quick and flavorful sushi bowl combining canned tuna with fresh ingredients and sushi rice, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Nori sheets, cut into strips
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the drained canned tuna with soy sauce and sesame oil. Give it a gentle mix until well combined.
  2. Prepare your cooked sushi rice; if you’re making it from scratch, make sure to season it lightly.
  3. Place the sushi rice at the bottom of your serving bowl.
  4. Top it with the tuna mixture, followed by the sliced avocado and cucumber.
  5. Add strips of nori around the edges for a beautiful presentation.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the explosion of flavors!

Notes
