- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Graham cracker crumbs for topping

Instructions
- Combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, being careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake, cooking until bubbles form (around 2-3 minutes).
- Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, topped with graham cracker crumbs and syrup.
Notes
Add fresh fruit or whipped cream for extra flavor. Can substitute ingredients for dietary needs.
