Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the strawberry cake mix, baking powder, and corn starch in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl until fully combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips gently, distributing them evenly throughout the dough.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto your prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set and the tops are slightly golden. Allow to cool before transferring to a wire rack.
