Description

Delightful cookies combining the nostalgic flavor of strawberry milkshakes with a soft, cake-like texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the strawberry cake mix, baking powder, and corn starch in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl until fully combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips gently, distributing them evenly throughout the dough.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto your prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set and the tops are slightly golden. Allow to cool before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
