Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup crushed strawberry-flavored cereal (like Special K Strawberry)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the strawberry jam, crushed strawberry cereal, and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool the cookies on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
