- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge each shrimp in the seasoned flour, dip it in beaten egg, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Combine the mayonnaise and sriracha in a separate bowl for your spicy sauce.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble your tacos by placing crispy shrimp on the tortillas. Drizzle with spicy sauce and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
