Description

Crispy shrimp with spicy sauce wrapped in tortillas for a quick and flavorful dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dredge each shrimp in the seasoned flour, dip it in beaten egg, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. Combine the mayonnaise and sriracha in a separate bowl for your spicy sauce.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  7. Assemble your tacos by placing crispy shrimp on the tortillas. Drizzle with spicy sauce and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
