Instructions
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk until evenly mixed.
- Whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter in a separate bowl until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are perfectly fine!
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles start forming on the surface, then flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the coating in a small bowl.
- Once cooked, immediately coat the pancakes in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve these warm and enjoy every delicious bite!
