Ingredients

  • 34 packs of ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 piece of ginger, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Soft-boiled eggs (for topping)
  • Fresh greens (like bok choy or spinach)
  • Crunchy vegetables (like carrots or bell peppers)
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Start by placing the beef chunks in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour in the beef broth and water, then add the minced garlic and sliced ginger.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce and miso paste, if using. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and set your slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Gently add the ramen noodles to the slow cooker about 30 minutes before you’re ready to eat.
  6. Serve your ramen in bowls topped with sliced soft-boiled eggs, fresh greens, crunchy vegetables, and sliced green onions.
