- 2 cups water
- 3–4 packs of ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 piece of ginger, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon miso paste (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soft-boiled eggs (for topping)
- Fresh greens (like bok choy or spinach)
- Crunchy vegetables (like carrots or bell peppers)
- Green onions, sliced (for garnishing)
Instructions
- Start by placing the beef chunks in the slow cooker.
- Pour in the beef broth and water, then add the minced garlic and sliced ginger.
- Stir in the soy sauce and miso paste, if using. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and set your slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
- Gently add the ramen noodles to the slow cooker about 30 minutes before you’re ready to eat.
- Serve your ramen in bowls topped with sliced soft-boiled eggs, fresh greens, crunchy vegetables, and sliced green onions.
Notes
For a lighter version, feel free to use chicken or vegetable broth, and adapt the vegetables to your liking.
