Description

Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • Black beans (canned, drained, and rinsed)
  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil in a large skillet and heat over medium heat.
  3. Layer the tortilla chips evenly across the skillet.
  4. Sprinkle the black beans, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and shredded cheese over the chips.
