- 1 can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced

Instructions
- Combine the drained tuna and garbanzo beans in a large bowl.
- Add the diced red onion and bell pepper to the bowl.
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld.
