Description

A quick and nutritious salad bursting with protein, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the drained tuna and garbanzo beans in a large bowl.
  2. Add the diced red onion and bell pepper to the bowl.
  3. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well blended.
