Description

Delicious seafood stuffed mushrooms filled with a creamy mixture, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cooked seafood (shrimp, crab, or scallops)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth and removing the stems.
  3. Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine cooked seafood, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with your seafood mixture.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet and place the stuffed mushrooms on it, drizzling lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
