- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cooked seafood (shrimp, crab, or scallops)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth and removing the stems.
- Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine cooked seafood, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with your seafood mixture.
- Prepare a baking sheet and place the stuffed mushrooms on it, drizzling lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
- Serve warm, ready to be enjoyed!
