- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until smooth.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and finely chopped rosemary evenly over the pastry.
- Cut the pastry into strips about 1 inch wide.
- Twist each strip gently and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the twisted cheese straws. Sprinkle with salt and pepper!
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
