Description
A warm, golden-brown loaf rich with aromatic garlic and fragrant rosemary, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Activate the yeast: In a large bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy.
- Mix the dough: Once foamy, add the flour, salt, olive oil, garlic, and chopped rosemary. Stir until a dough comes together.
- Knead: Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- First rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for approximately 60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the bread: After rising, punch down the dough and divide it into small balls. Dip each ball into the melted butter and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
- Second rise: Let the dough rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Serve: Enjoy your warm pull-apart bread, perfect for pulling apart and dipping!
