Description

Delightful bite-sized treats featuring sweet cream cheese and tart raspberries in flaky puff pastry.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (1 lb) raspberries
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
  4. Place a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Top each dollop with a fresh raspberry.
  6. Gently fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Brush tops with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Unbaked pastries can be frozen for later use.
