Ingredients

- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (1 lb) raspberries
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Top each dollop with a fresh raspberry.
- Gently fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Unbaked pastries can be frozen for later use.
