Ingredients

  • 2 slices of cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Pepperoni slices (or any favorite toppings)
  • Butter (for that golden crust)
  • Pizza sauce (optional, for dipping)
  • Italian seasoning (optional, adds an extra kick)

Instructions

  1. Start by buttering one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread in a skillet, buttered side down.
  3. Layer the cheese on top, add pepperoni slices, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Top it off with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
  5. Cook over medium heat until the bottom side turns golden brown, then flip it to crisp up the other side.
  6. Serve hot with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
