- 2 slices of cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- Pepperoni slices (or any favorite toppings)

- Pizza sauce (optional, for dipping)

Instructions
- Start by buttering one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread in a skillet, buttered side down.
- Layer the cheese on top, add pepperoni slices, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Top it off with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
- Cook over medium heat until the bottom side turns golden brown, then flip it to crisp up the other side.
- Serve hot with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
