Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Mix the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, grated ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create your marinade.
  2. Add the chicken chunks to the marinade, making sure they’re well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while the chicken marinates.
  4. Thread the chicken and pineapple pieces onto the skewers alternately.
  5. Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally to achieve beautiful grill marks.
