Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mix the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, grated ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create your marinade.
- Add the chicken chunks to the marinade, making sure they’re well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while the chicken marinates.
- Thread the chicken and pineapple pieces onto the skewers alternately.
- Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally to achieve beautiful grill marks.
