Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl; blend these ingredients to create a fragrant rub and generously apply it to the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6–7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Prepare the creamy green sauce by combining cilantro, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, chopped jalapeño, and salt in a blender; blend until smooth.
- Serve the grilled chicken with a drizzle of the creamy green sauce on top.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor. Let it rest for a couple of minutes after grilling to keep it juicy.
