Description

A no-bake dessert that combines layers of creamy peanut butter, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding (prepared according to package instructions)
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1/4 cup melted peanut butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Blend the creamy peanut butter with half of the whipped cream until smooth.
  2. Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions in a separate bowl.
  3. Layer graham crackers evenly at the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  4. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Pour a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the peanut butter layer.
  6. Add another layer of whipped cream over the pudding, followed by another layer of graham crackers.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining peanut butter mixture, pudding, and whipped cream.
  8. Finish with leftover whipped cream, sprinkle crushed peanuts on top, and drizzle with melted peanut butter.
  9. Chill in the fridge for at least 240 minutes (or overnight) before slicing.

Notes

For a more indulgent dessert, add chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups between layers or sprinkle sea salt on top before serving. For gluten-free options, substitute graham crackers with gluten-free alternatives.
