A no-bake dessert that combines layers of creamy peanut butter, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 package graham crackers
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups chocolate pudding (prepared according to package instructions)
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
- 1/4 cup melted peanut butter (for topping)
Instructions
- Blend the creamy peanut butter with half of the whipped cream until smooth.
- Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions in a separate bowl.
- Layer graham crackers evenly at the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
- Pour a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the peanut butter layer.
- Add another layer of whipped cream over the pudding, followed by another layer of graham crackers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining peanut butter mixture, pudding, and whipped cream.
- Finish with leftover whipped cream, sprinkle crushed peanuts on top, and drizzle with melted peanut butter.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 240 minutes (or overnight) before slicing.
Notes
For a more indulgent dessert, add chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups between layers or sprinkle sea salt on top before serving. For gluten-free options, substitute graham crackers with gluten-free alternatives.
