A creamy and dreamy cheesecake inspired by the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup jelly or jam (strawberry or grape)
- Peanut butter for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until silky smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Drop spoonfuls of jelly onto the mixture and gently swirl with a knife.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggly.
- Cool before refrigerating for a minimum of 4 hours (or overnight).
- Drizzle with peanut butter before serving. Enjoy chilled!
Notes
For best texture, use room temperature cream cheese. You can experiment with different nut butters or jams for variation.
