Description

A delightful treat that combines the rich, fudgy texture of brownie with creamy peanut butter filling.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. Introduce the eggs and vanilla extract to your mixture, blending everything together well.
  4. Gradually whisk in the cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder for added lift and flavor.
  5. Slowly incorporate the all-purpose flour until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring an even distribution throughout the dough.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto your prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
  8. Place a small dollop of peanut butter in the center of each dough ball, then top with another spoonful of dough. Seal the edges to encase the peanut butter.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges set but the middle remains slightly soft.
