Description

A delicious and nutritious breakfast bowl featuring creamy cottage cheese topped with sautéed peaches and granola.


Ingredients

  • 1 large peach, sliced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp butter (optional, for sautéing)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp granola or chopped nuts
  • Optional: mint, nutmeg, Greek yogurt for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the peach into thin wedges.
  2. Sauté in a skillet with butter over medium heat.
  3. Add vanilla extract and maple syrup to the peaches.
