Instructions
- Slice the peach into thin wedges.
- Sauté in a skillet with butter over medium heat.
- Add vanilla extract and maple syrup to the peaches.
- Prepare a serving bowl with cottage cheese.
- Layer sautéed peaches on top of the cottage cheese.
- Top with granola or nuts and serve immediately or chill.
Notes
