Description

A refreshing fusion of cheesecake and fruity peach salad, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fresh peaches, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the peaches by washing, peeling, and chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine the chopped peaches and mini marshmallows into the creamy mixture.
  4. Chill the salad by covering it and refrigerating for at least one hour.
  5. Serve in bowls or dessert cups, topped with chopped nuts if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. If fresh peaches aren’t available, canned peaches can be used as a substitute.
