- 4 fresh peaches, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the peaches by washing, peeling, and chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large bowl until smooth.
- Combine the chopped peaches and mini marshmallows into the creamy mixture.
- Chill the salad by covering it and refrigerating for at least one hour.
- Serve in bowls or dessert cups, topped with chopped nuts if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. If fresh peaches aren’t available, canned peaches can be used as a substitute.
