Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed oatmeal cookies
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine crushed oatmeal cookies and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing continuously.
  5. Fold in whipped cream, cinnamon, and chocolate chips until blended.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set in the center.
  8. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Drizzle with caramel sauce just before serving.
