- 2 cups softened cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine crushed oatmeal cookies and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing continuously.
- Fold in whipped cream, cinnamon, and chocolate chips until blended.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set in the center.
- Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce just before serving.
