Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that combines rich salted caramel, fluffy marshmallows, and a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form a solid crust.
  3. Whip the cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold in half of the salted caramel sauce along with the mini marshmallows.
  5. Spread the creamy marshmallow mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Drizzle the rest of the salted caramel sauce on top, optionally sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until nicely set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve cold.

Notes

Can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
