A delightful no-bake dessert that combines rich salted caramel, fluffy marshmallows, and a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for hot summer days.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form a solid crust.
- Whip the cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold in half of the salted caramel sauce along with the mini marshmallows.
- Spread the creamy marshmallow mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Drizzle the rest of the salted caramel sauce on top, optionally sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until nicely set.
- Cut into squares and serve cold.
Notes
Can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
