Description

Delightful no-bake truffles with a burst of citrus flavor and creamy sweetness, reminiscent of childhood summers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat just until it starts to simmer.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the chopped white chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Mix in the fresh orange zest and vanilla extract.
  4. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Once firm, scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  6. Dust the truffles with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

These truffles are best served chilled. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week or frozen for up to three months.
