Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine the orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
