Instructions
- Preheat the oven and cook the tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
- Make the patties by shaping the ground beef into small, round shapes, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cooking in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty while still in the skillet to melt.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a beef patty on a tater tot, adding lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Crown each creation with another tater tot to complete the mini burger.
